Kadam KC, an entrepreneur with a master's in environmental science and geotechnical engineering from UK universities, has over 15 years in business. While in the UK, he was active in both business and social work. After returning to Nepal, he focused on hydropower, successfully completing Puwa Khola-1 Hydropower (4 MW). He chairs Aayu Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. and is launching Fishtail Dream Park in Pokhara. He also founded Dhaulagiri Construction and Development Pvt. Ltd. and serves on the board of High Himalaya Hydro Construction Pvt. Ltd.

Madhukar Garg, an entrepreneur with a master's in Electrical Power Engineering from NTNU (NORAD) and Kathmandu University, has extensive experience with reputed organizations like Hulas Steel Industries. He is skilled in the technical aspects of hydropower, with expertise in electro-mechanical equipment and transmission lines. Currently, he has successfully completed the Puwa Khola-1 Hydropower (4 MW) project and is focused on the hydropower sector. He is involved in several ongoing and upcoming hydropower projects.

Ms. Abhigya Malla, with a master's in professional accountancy and a Master of Commerce in Finance from Macquarie University, Australia, is a project developer and youth contractor in hydropower. She is involved in projects like Union Mewa (24 MW), Puwa Khola (4 MW), and Upper Tamor A (60 MW). As Vice President/Finance Controller at High Himalaya Hydro Construction Pvt. Ltd. and Managing Director at Union Hydropower Public Ltd., she works to improve Nepal's hydropower sector and infrastructure.

Mr. Kiran Malla, founder chairman of High Himalaya Hydro Construction Pvt. Ltd., has over 37 years in the hydropower sector. He has led the development of several projects, including Puwa Khola-One (21 MW), Union Mewa (23 MW), Hongu Hydroelectric (28.9 MW), and Upper Tamor A (60 MW). With contributions to over 50 projects, his company has completed more than 35, making it Nepal's top private hydropower construction firm. He holds a civil engineering degree from IIT Roorkee and a master's in hydropower from Norway.

Puwa Khola- 1 Hydropower Limited has appointed LS Capital Limited as the IPO issue and sales manager for issuing 19,46,660 ordinary shares to the general public at a face value of Rs 100 per share. <br /> <br> <br> The agreement was signed by Managing Director Mr. Kadam KC on behalf of Puwa Khola-1 Hydropower and Mr. Bijaya Lal Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer on behalf of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited. Puwa Khola- 1 Hydropower Limited's 4 MW hydropower project located in Ilam district has been completed and put into operation.

Puwa Khola 1 Hydropower To Develop 21 MW Aayu Malun Khola Hydropower Project In Okhaldhunga

Puwa Khola 1 Hydropower Limited is going to build the 21 MW Aayu Malun Khola Hydropower Project in Okhaldhunga district. For this purpose, the company has already received the construction license from the Department of Electricity Development. <br> <br> <br> The department granted the construction permit to the company on Mangsir 6, 2079 BS. The license has a validity until Mangsir 5, 2114 BS. The department has provided the construction license to the promoter company on the basis of the environmental impact assessment report and study report of the project approved by the Ministry of Forest and Environment. <br> <br> <br> Before issuing the license, the Department Of Electricity Development had issued a notice requesting the stakeholders to submit written opinions/suggestions within 35 days if there is any adverse impact due to the construction and operation of this project. The project is a run-of-the-river (ROR) type project. It will be built on the Malun River in Okhaldhunga district. Puwa Khola 1 Hydropower is currently operating a 4 MW Puwa Khola-1 Hydropower Project in Illam District. The project began commercial electricity production from Ashwin 23, 2074 BS.

The PuwaKhola Hydropower Project is a 4MW run-of-river hydropower facility located in Okhaldhunga and Solukhumbu districts, Koshi Province. The project harnesses the hydrological potential of Malun Khola to generate reliable, clean, and renewable electricity for integration into Nepal’s national grid.
